Auxillary Rack Bag BMW R1200GS

I am becoming a hoarder, or more to the point a carrier. I’m discovering all these cool motorcycle luggage storage solutions and I’m just carrying more and more. But you know what? It doesn’t seem to matter because they are pretty well hidden and it doesn’t affect the bikes performance in any way. So if it’s not hurting anyone or thing it must be OK?
This is R1200GS Specific. Touratech and Wunderlich both have this cool little bag. Looking at the catalogues they look EXACTLY the same? There is quite a bit of space under the factory rear rack on the R1200GS.
In the Touratech catalogue they say this little bag is ideal for carrying a spare pair of gloves or some additional camping gear. Definitely not your tent poles! I use it to carry my visor cleaner can of Plexus and a rag I always use and is becoming pretty Plexus soaked (which is good). You’ll also find a small bottle of Antifog (which doesn’t seem to work) I also carry the piece of paper which has the wheel removal instructions and torque values for the bolts. Why? It seemed as good a place as any and I’ll never remember those figures.

You can actually store quite a bit of stuff and people always seem to notice the bag and comment how cool it is. Why? I guess it is a cool place to utilise and anyway, people can be weird can’t they?
